30 ft. 1997 Gulfstream 5th Wheel Trailer and 1997 F250 Ford 460 4x4 to pull it. in Sandy, Utah

Both of these items are in tip-top shape and well taken care of.  There has been a death in the family and no reason to keep these items anymore.  The trailer is a 30 ft. xxxx Gulfstream Seahawk 5th Wheel.  It has a front room slide, AC, awning, microwave, rear jacks, 10 gal. water heater, 50 gal. fresh water, two new batteries (last year), and I will throw in a front end stabilizer and tire stabilizer and hitch. The trailer has about 25,000 miles on it.  Everthing is in excellent condition.  The truck is a xxxx Ford F250 4X4 460 cubic inch with 40,200 miles on it.  It has brand new tires and recently tuned up.  The truck is $7,000.  I want to sell the truck and trailer as a package if possible.  You can't spend $12,000 anywhere and get more for your RV money.
